SUNSET CRUISEOne of the moments we love being out at sea, is looking up at a starlit sky after the sun has set, and if it is on that particular day of the month, the sea will be lit up by a full moon.
Sunset cruises start at varying hours and depending on the season they will vary by three hours. The earliest sunset is late December and early January at 18.15 and 18.20, respectively, and the latest in June and July at 21.42.
Your trip should start at least two hours before the scheduled sunset to give us time to get into position and get settled. Before setting sail we will take a ten minute detour and follow the canal to the inner parts of Sotogrande marina, past the luxurious and colourful apartments at the frontline of the canal. This trip has no certain distance or goal. We go where the wind blows us, and the rest is up to you. On the brightest days we can guarantee you spectacular views of the meeting of three countries and two continents. Spain and Gibraltar in Europe and Morocco on the northern coast of Africa. When you are settled and comfortable, and the fresh sea air has built up an apetite, we will prepare an all-inclusive buffet which you can enjoy in the saloon, in the cockpit at the Captain's table or on deck by yourself, giving you time to enjoy the tranquility of the sea. Feel free to go for a night swim, we will not be joining you! MOTION SICKNESSMotion sickness is the worst, especially wobbling on a sailboat with no immediate escape. However, if you tend to get motion sick, don't worry, there are some precautions to take before and during the trip. Before the trip
